Owner and dog eating on the patio at a neighborhood bistro

Eating at a quaint neighborhood bistro with a clever name (ex: The Lemon Zest)-on the outside patio with your dog (preferably a lab).

Example:

I think after lunch I will walk Harper to the Shampoochie for a lil dog wash, "yes i will, huh Harper".

It is a known fact if you live in the Denver Highlands or Washington Park area, at some point in time you have taken your dog with you to lunch. Slipping on their expensive Wool clogs and having their Nalgene Narrow-Mouth Loop-Top Water Bottle handy, the HiLoian
walks the highland streets in stride.

After walking through numerous art galleries and countless "dog friendly" organic stores the HiLoian works up an appetite, so begins the search for a dog friendly bistro. Always the "locavore" the HiLoian likes to keep it local because they know the over priced neighborhood bistros will cater to their every food allergy need. Not only will the HiLoian have the audacity to ask the waiter if their foods are gluten free he/she will also demand they get to eat with their precious "Harper" outside, on the patio. Because they're local (live in the Highlands), the owner of the neighborhood bistro will always make an exception for the HiLoian.
